As a user you have the ability to save selected chart settings, to save any drawing or writing on the charts or any other chart related information. As a user, you also can choose to delete any previously saved personal chart settings, writing, drawing or any other chart related information, and such deletion completely and permanently deletes this information from our system.

Part of the registration page has personal questions intended for providing our users the best online web experience for financial information and for providing our partners and advertisers with the means to deliver the right product.

We will only keep your information on file for 6 months after you terminate your membership. After 6 months your information is deleted from our user records.

From time to time we receive emails from our customers from which we would like to quote in our promotional materials. As part of our privacy statement, we will not disclose our customer's name if we use any part of their email communication with us. To protect our customer's privacy, we will use an alias whenever quoting from emails we've received.
