We use email to stay in touch with our many subscribers. As a regular part of our services, members frequently receive special trading alerts, newsletters, and other items of interest from us.
I'm not receiving any emails from you!
There are several reasons why e-mail from us may not reach you . SPAM filtering is one of them. Many Internet service providers will filter out emails from anyone who isn't on their list of recipients.
There are several things you can do to ensure you are always getting our emails:
- Add the email address listed above to your Address Book:
Some email programs automatically filter out emails from anyone not specified in the recipient's contact list or address book. In order to prevent our emails from being filtered out as "spam", we suggest you add them to your email program's address book or contact list.
Use the Help feature of your particular email program , to find out how you may add entries to your address book. Then, simply add our email address "/content/signup/feedback.asp".
- Make sure that our emails are not getting filtered out as spam.
If you have a spam filtering program installed on your computer, ensure that it does not block out the emails you should be receiving from us. Usually, emails filtered out by such programs are moved to a "Junk" or "Bulk" folder. Check these folders for mail from us. Should you find any of our messages there, you will need to adjust the settings of your spam filter. In order to prevent our emails from being blocked out in the future, make sure that the program recognizes our three email addresses and qualifies them as "safe" or "trusted". (Consult the Help feature of your Spam program for details).- A misconfigured firewall may also interfere with emails. If you are experiencing problems, turn off any firewall software you may have installed, such as ZoneAlarm. (Instructions for configuring your firewall)
- If you are using one of the free online email services, such as Yahoo Mail or Hotmail, we strongly recommend that you configure your email box properly, in order to prevent our emails from being filtered out as spam by your email service provider. As a general rule, free email providers dealing with numerous clients are constantly attempting to reduce their bandwidth (i.e., lowering their hardware spending costs) By properly configuring your email box, you can ensure that our emails actually make it into your inbox.
I'm receiving your emails,
but they are distorted!

Some of our emails are sent in HTML format. Make sure that your email program can read this format.
For Microsoft Office Outlook, adjust settings in: Tools -> Options -> Security -> Change Automatic Download Setting. Ensure that there is NO check mark on "Don't download picture or other content automatically in HTML email").
For Mac OS X: Go to Mail -> Preferences, "Viewing". Make sure the box in "Display images and embedded objects in HTML messages" is checked.

Sometimes when using an online email box, pages will not display properly, if the browser is not set for Western character encoding. In most browsers, you can manually adjust the text encoding style by clicking on the "View" menu and selecting "Encoding" or "Text Encoding", followed by "Default" or "Automatic". If this doesn't solve the problem, select either "UTF-8" or Western text encoding.
