Interval Leisure Group, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides membership and leisure services to the vacation industry worldwide. The company operates through two segments, Interval and Aston. The Interval segment provides travel and leisure related products and services to owners of vacation interests, and others enrolled in various membership programs. As of December 31, 2009, its primary exchange network, the Interval Network, included approximately 2,500 resorts located in 75 countries, as well as 1.8 million owners of vacation interests were enrolled as members of the Interval Network. The Aston segment provides hotel and resort management, and vacation rental services for owners of resort condominiums, hotels, and other vacation properties. It provided hotel and resort management services to 26 resorts and hotels primarily in Hawaii. The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida.
