Chart FAQ
What should I do if your chart does not load?
If by some reason our charts are not working, check
our Troubleshooting section in
Chart Help. If you are still having
problems with our charts and you cannot find an answer in our Troubleshooting
section, send us an email with a detailed description of your problem,
including your browser version and operating system.

You have so many features; how can I use
all of them?
Check out the Legend in our
Chart Help section. There
you will find a description of each JavaVolume charting feature and how to
use it. If you find that any of the descriptions in the legend is not
clear, please feel free to email us for more information.

Do you have video tutorial that explains
how to use your charts?
Yes, we
have a video tutorial on what features
are available with our charts, how to use them, how to set different technical
studies, how to draw, write notes, set alerts and much more.

What studies (technical analysis) are available with your charts?
You may find a list of all technical indicators
(studies) available with our charts in our "Technical
Studies" section. Majority of
descriptions include detailed acclamations of the indicator calculation with an
example on how to use them in technical analysis.
Our main focus is on the volume and advance/decline based technical analysis,
yet, you will find most popular technical studies (RSI, Stochastics, MACD,
MFI and others) on our charts as well.

Do
you provide history on chart and downloadable history?
Yes, you may scroll our charts
back in history (including intraday 1-min charts) and test any chart settings,
any technical indicator how it performed in the past, in Bull and in Bear
markets and define the indicator settings that will best fit your personal
trading style and risk tolerance.
We do not provide downloadable history - the history is available on our charts
only.

How many charts can I open at one time?
You may open as many charts on
your computer as you want. Each time you press a link to open a chart; a new
chart will be loaded to your screen. Our system does not allow opening charts on
different computers simultaneously. As soon as you go to the other computer and
log into the members' area, your members' session on the computer you used
before, will expire.
Can I use snapshots of your charts in my blog or website?

Yes, you may use our charts in
your blog or your web site as long as the "©MarketVolume" watermarks stay
visible and you provide an appropriate link to the
www.MarketVolume.com website.

The FAQ section did not answer my particular question.
