Our PLATINUM-R membership gives you full access to all our features. This
includes the daily Market Outlook, Index Volume (IV) charts,
Advance/Decline (AD) charts, and Trading Signals for Exchange Traded Funds
(ETFs).

Simply give your MarketVolume® email address to the individual(s) you are
referring. They can then enter it into the "Referral" field on their sign-up
form. This entitles them to a 20% discount off our regular subscription
rates. For each person you refer (provided they become paying members), we
will automatically upgrade your membership status to our PLATINUM package.
This promotional offer is valid through December 31, 2005.
How it works
The referral procedure is very simple:
- You provide your email address (the one we
have in our database under your name) to the person you are
referring. Typically, it is the same email address that you used
when you signed up for MarketVolume®. The person being referred
then enters your email address into the "Referred" field when
they sign up for any of our membership packages;
- Once we have approved the new person as a
paying MarketVolume® member, you will receive an email
notification that confirms your membership upgrade to our
PLATINUM-R package - at no extra charge;
- The next time you log on, you will have
unrestricted access to our complete suite of services.

until the end of the month. How can I benefit from your referral
program?
If you are presently a Silver or a Gold
member, you will get access to our PLATINUM-R package until the
end of your subscription period.
If you are currently a PLATINUM member, you
will receive an extra 3 months of service at no charge.
I have recommended your site to one of my friends, and he/she
signed up for a Free Trial. When will I get free access to your
Platinum-R membership package?
Once the person you referred becomes a paying
member, you will receive free access to our complete suite of
PLATINUM-R services.
I have several email addresses and cannot remember which one I
used during the signup process. Which address do I give to the
person I would like to refer? How can I determine which email
address is stored in your database?
To retrieve the correct address, first log
into the members' area. Then, simply click on the "My Info" link
in the left hand menu. In the "Contact Info" section, you will
find the email address you signed up with, which is usually the
address stored in our database. Give this address to the person
you are referring.
I no longer use the same email address that I originally signed up
with. Where do I update my email preferences?
To update your email preferences, first log
into the members' area. Then, simply click on the "My Info" link
on the left hand menu. In the "Contact Info" section, click on
the "How do I update my contact information?" link. Now, enter
and submit your new email address.
After I have referred a new paying member, when can I expect to be
notified about my membership upgrade?
You will receive a notification email from us
immediately after the person you referred has signed up as a new
paying member.
Will I be notified when my PLATINUM-R membership expires?
Yes, we will contact you 5 days before your
PLATINUM-R status is set to expire.
Why
do you require my email address for a referral?
Our referral program is unique: Both you
(making the referral) and the person being referred will benefit
from it. You will receive a free upgrade to our PLATINUM-R
package; the person you refer will receive a 20% discount off
any of our membership packages. The entire program is based on a
simple exchange of an email address.
